oaching is an ongoing, confidential, partnership between coach and client designed to improve and enhance the quality of life. Coaching focuses on your future rather than your past. It is an opportunity to make powerful and sustained life improvements. Coaches are trained to listen, observe and adapt their approach to individual client needs. Coaches believe the answers to challenges are found within the client and support the client in discovering and implementing their own solutions.
People from all walks of life are discovering that they can get faster and better results by partnering with a Coach. Coaches create momentum and focus their client’s energy in the right direction.
Coaching is not therapy, and your coach is not a therapist. Therapy takes a look backwards in time to heal, understand and seek closure on troubling events, attitudes or behaviors in the past. Coaching begins with your life as it is today and moves you forward as you recognize and take true responsibility for creating the life you want.
